Pakistan Sustainable Transport Project Jobs Team Leader Research Officer IT & Admin
The Pakistan Sustainable Transport (PAKSTRAN) project is an intervention signed between Govt, of Pakistan and United Nations Development Program, (UNDP) Pakistan. Aim of the PAKSTRAN Project is to provide technical assistance to reduce the growth of the energy consumption & related greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the transport sector in Pakistan. The Component Implementation Unit (CIU) housed in the Urban Unit, P&D Dept. Govt, of Punjab in collaboration with the UET, Lahore are establishing a “Research and Development (R&D) Unit” at Department of Transportation Engineering and Management, UET, Lahore. The objective of the R&D unit is to carry out advanced research in the field of urban transport sector.
Team Leader Research & Development (Position -1)
Master’s Degree (Preferably Ph.D) in Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning or Urban Planning with at least 7 years experience (Preferably R&D based with at least 2 publications in accredited journal).

Research Officer (Positions – 4)
Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning or Urban Economics.

IT & Admin. Assistant (Position -1)
Minimum Graduation in Technical Discipline related to Computer Sciences hardware/software with at least 5 years working experience in maintaining a networked (LAN) office with considerable administration responsibilities.
