MQM chief expressed deep sorrow over the gas kit explosion accident in a bus which killed 12 people on Sunday.
Hussain urged people of Pakistan to remove gas cylinders from the vehicles they own and switch them to safer fuels like petrol and diesel.

He was of the view that such accidents are increasing in number due to the decreasing quality of CNG kits and faulty fitting system.

MQM chief demanded from the government of Pakistan to ban vehicles with substandard gas kits on roads to save precious lives.
The Accident
Twelve people were killed and several others were injured when a passenger bus caught fire on Karachi- Hyderabad highway.
Eye witnesses claimed that the passenger van en route from Karachi to Hyderabad turned upside down on Karachi Hyderabad higway near Nooriabad and immediately caught fire.
Initial reports suggested that the reason of fire was a blast in passenger van’s CNG cylinder.
Four charred bodies were recovered from the metal wreckage of the ill fated bus initially, while the death toll rose to 12 in a few hours.
Dead bodies of victims were brought to Karachi’s Jinnah Hospital while injured were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
